In celebration of the Gai-mariagal Festival the Aboriginal Ryde Womenʻs Group is hosting an Indigiearth Bush Tucker Demonstration.
Please join us to learn about bush foods, their uses, traditional uses, and how they have been used for thousands of years.
The traditional and medicinal properties of bush foods for better health.
Preparing a simple everyday meal to cook at home
Taste testing with a diverse range of native ingredients and fruits will be offered.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
This is a female only event, Registration is essential.
