Bush tucker is food native to Australia. Aboriginal Australians have used indigenous plants for food and medicine for millennia. In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn about:

  • Cultural significance of bush tucker
  • Native plant identification and growing conditions
  • Edible and medicinal uses of the plants

The workshop includes bush tucker taste-testing and recipes. There will be a free plant giveaway at the end of the workshop.
